Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Free Shipping: Free shipping is available to select customers and will be applied automatically at checkout if you qualify.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). In some cases, alternative carriers may be used to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please understand that any shipping delays are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Carrier processing delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Holiday volume or carrier delays
Food Safety & Quality
As we ship food items (pretzels and other snacks), please note:
- Products are packaged securely to maintain freshness during transit
- We recommend consuming products promptly upon arrival
- Store products in a cool, dry place
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped must be handled directly with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
No returns are accepted. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for any reason. All sales are final.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
